“We have been owners for six years and have been renovating our unit since we bought it. We recently had some tile work done by Five Star and were so pleased that we decided to use them for other renovations.
Rather than buy new bedroom furniture, we chose to have Five Star repaint our existing furniture and add glass to the dresser and night table tops.

“I’m so so happy I had Five Star Facility Maintenance refinish my dining room table, as well as reupholster the chair cushions. They were the original pieces that came with the condo, and I wanted to keep them because of their style and durability. They were beginning to look worn and outdated. However, after Five Star finished with them, they looked better than new, and were exactly what I wanted!
There were several finishes, and many fabrics to choose from. I was so pleased with the results, that I had Five Star reupholster our bar stools to match the dining room chairs! The transformation was wonderful, and really perked up our condo’s eating area. I highly recommend this company and can vouch for their workmanship.”

“My sister and I have owned our condo at Bahama Bay since 2011 and have used Five Star Facility Maintenance to complete the upgrades to our unit. (new mattresses, fans, lights, carpet, TV’s etc installed). Marino and the team are very customer focussed. Nothing is too much trouble, they advise on colours/prices/suitability and always provide us with photographs after the work is complete. “I have been an owner for a few years now and were in need of updating our unit . We contacted Junior at five Star and he was able to help us out. He gave us the website to look up what was available as far as options went, and the prices for everything were broken down easily to understand . He was able to tell us which updates would give us the bigger bang for our buck.
Junior always shows us pictures of everything that they have done for us, and I love that part! Any questions we have for Marino, he is always there with an answer right away. We, as owners are very lucky to have Marino and their staff on site. Their quality of work and attention to detail go beyond anything I have seen. “We absolutely love having Five Star Facility Maintenance do the work we need. When we bought our place about a year and a half ago, they repainted the whole thing, replaced the kitchen sink, installed ceiling fans in every room, moved the old TV outlets and setup our flat screens, and they redid part of our shower tile work for us. Since then they have also completed several other jobs for us including air/heating unit, additional tile work in both bathrooms, repainting our patio furniture to look brand new, and even converting an old TV stand into two separate pieces that are now a cabinet and a table.
The team and Marino are First Class!
Everything from the estimates they provide, to the employees who do the work, to the actual work itself… it is all extremely professional, and best of all it is usually less expensive than anyone else! Very reasonable, easy to work with, and top quality work. I wouldn’t want to use anyone else!”

We currently own two units at Bahama Bay and have used Five Star for many upgrades. They are prompt, provide detailed up-front estimates for their work, and provide follow-up photos showing the completed work.
They are also very willing to work with the customer. We wanted our dining table refurbished and had fabric that we chose shipped to Marino who was able to arrange to have it installed as they did the refurbishment.

“We have been owners at Bahama Bay since 2005. In our opinion one of the most significant improvements was the introduction of 5 Star.
Whether substantial refurbishment was required or a simple repair job it was handled efficiently and competently. We purchased our Grand Bahama in 2014 and 5 Star completely renovated it and we were so happy when we saw the refurbished unit when we visited from the UK in November 2014 and achieved Platinum status.
