“Having owned at Bahama Bay since 2005, and having been active on the Board for nearly six years, I have been able to observe first hand, the incredible transformation that Five Star has brought to our resort.
The dedication, professionalism and commitment demonstrated by Junior, Marino and their staff has truly had a positive and significant impact on Bahama Bay. We personally have enlisted Five Star to refinish the bedrooms, install new mirrors and lighting fixtures, restuff cushions and much more. All of their work was performed quickly and more than met our expectations.
I know that I speak for many owners when I say that we are fortunate to have them on site and available as they have saved owners hundreds of thousands of dollars.

We have been owners at Bahama Bay since 2005.
In our opinion one of the most significant improvements was the introduction of 5 Star.
Whether substantial refurbishment was required or a simple repair job it was handled efficiently and competently. We purchased our Grand Bahama in 2014 and 5 Star completely renovated it and we were so happy when we saw the refurbished unit when we visited from the UK in November 2014 and achieved Platinum status.
We cannot commend Junior, Marino and their team for their efficiency and unfailing courteousness.

“We absolutely love having Five Star Facility Maintenance do the work we need. When we bought our place about a year and a half ago, they repainted the whole thing, replaced the kitchen sink, installed ceiling fans in every room, moved the old TV outlets and setup our flat screens, and they redid part of our shower tile work for us. Since then they have also completed several other jobs for us including air/heating unit, additional tile work in both bathrooms, repainting our patio furniture to look brand new, and even converting an old TV stand into two separate pieces that are now a cabinet and a table.
Junior and Marino are First Class!
